Malachi was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy at 2 years of age.  He required daily medication in an attempt to control the seizures. He would never be seizure free.  Immediately he was retired and never incorporated into a breeding program due to the hereditary nature of this disease in collies.

We continued to love and spoil Malachi as he enjoyed a life of leisure at Taliesen Collies before crossing the rainbow bridge.
